Beautiful location, room, but what made our day everyday was the people in the breakfast. They are SO NICE and professional.
We had a room in the first floor that gets direct sun all afternoon/evening. No AC available, the temperature inside the room was ~25-27 celicius, which made it very hard to sleep. Solution was to sleep with open door (not optimal and didn’t help much). First of all the staff at this hotel is amazing!! Every single one of them was nice and helpful but for us Simonetta and Luca stood out. The location of the hotel is excellent with a great view to the lake. The breakfast had plenty of choices and it was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a room on the first floor, so leaving the terrace door open for the fresh air at night was not an option. The terrace was full of ants, so it was not very pleasant to sit outside. I would stay in this place again but not in the first floor.
Excellent location, close to the lake and close to restaurants. Nice room, except for the toilet-door (privacy issue). We had a room with a big terrace.

Location is super, directly at the lake. Breakfast is also nice. Hotel is not too big which is also a big plus! We are considering coming back again next year.
We traveled with an electric car and asked the hotel prior if we could charge our car which was confirmed. Unfortunately the charger on site was "broken" on arrival. On the last night it was possible to charge after asking but we got told that it would cost EUR 40,- to charge the car.
