Amazing hotel, so peaceful and calm. Amazing generous rooms which are super comfy and clean. Gorgeous pool. The staff were superb.
I think they need to lighten up the mood in the restaurant, suggest some background music (just light) for lunch or dinner. It feels a bit awkward at times. Also would love some more snack options as the hotel is away from a supermarket or restaurants.

I love the landscape and views of the property. We had such a nice stay we booked twice on the same vacation. The breakfast is amazing.
A 4 star hotel but the service was totally 5 stars!! From the front desk to the restaurant and the housekeeping. The location is also convenient for public transport (3 or 4 bus options).
Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was excellent – we could get to the center of Florence by taxi in under 10 minutes. We especially appreciated how truly dog-friendly the hotel is – our dog was welcome everywhere, felt at home, and thanks to that, we felt very relaxed and comfortable too. We really value this kind of attitude.

You should have Gluten free Food. Morning staff was not able to understand how to complete the billing. Very inexperienced. At least stock vanilla gelato.
