The only complaint was the cleaning crew was extremely loud during mid morning and mid day hours when we were trying to rest. They would leave the locks open on the doors and every time they would come in and out of rooms they were cleaning it would make an extremely loud sound repeatedly.
I booked the hotel in a hurry a couple of weeks before our trip to Florence, basically because it had parking on site and it was not crazy expensive. Breakfast was same for all the days
Breakfast was very good
There were two evenings where we did not find parking, so had to stay looking for parking outside. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned, so we had to make do with just fresh towels as no one was available to clean the room when we returned to the hotel in the late afternoon and realised
Location, pool area was fantastic to relax after a busy day in Florence. Breakfast was incredible. Best we have had in Italy.
Nothing.
A quiet sanctuary 15 mins away from the Florence city centre. The hotel helped calling taxis for us which made travelling into the city easy. The vila was clean and comfortable. The garden was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee.
Everything was ok, cannot think of anything really good or really bad Weather was terrible in April which spoilt the trip but that is obviously nothing to do with the Hotel
Amazing hotel, so peaceful and calm. Amazing generous rooms which are super comfy and clean. Gorgeous pool. The staff were superb.
I think they need to lighten up the mood in the restaurant, suggest some background music (just light) for lunch or dinner. It feels a bit awkward at times. Also would love some more snack options as the hotel is away from a supermarket or restaurants.
