Pros (+) I loved everything about this properties. It’s in historic old building just inside the east gate, but all the facilities in the apartment are modern and function really well I mean, water, air conditioning, the lights, the plugs, the bathroom fixtures. And there is a washer dryer combination.. the staff communicates very well before hand and is very helpful on arrival

Pros (+) Convenient location in the heart of the town. Easy walk to waterfront and restaurants.
Cons (-) Noise levels in the evenings when windows were open, but managed well with closing windows and turning AC on. First apartment we stayed in was a 4th floor walk-up, with a small elevator for luggage; AC was not working. Management moved us to 1st floor a few days later with good AC.

Pros (+) The location was fantastic and met our expectations. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a dream. The staff very nice, helpful and eager to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The breakfast in restaurant Central was also very good.
Cons (-) It felt a bit damp but that is probably not avoidable given the location of Split 🙂
