This is a beautifully spacious villa with many balconies & terraces to sit at different parts of the day! The views over Souda bay are outstanding & the villa is designed to be able to see them at every opportunity! We felt so at home there! The pool was lovely also! Excelent location, Easy to find and the hosts where very helpful and kind providing a general description of the neighborhood and the utilities of the premise. Very nice restaurants nearby, quiet neighborhood and astonishing view of the sea.
Although the actual name of the property is Villa Silvia Heated Pool & Jacuzzi, the pool was not heated and we were informed afterwards that this utility costs extra 20 euros per day and the pool would be heated after 3 days. Also the lights of the garden and the pool were not working as shown by the pictures and chaise longue could be cleaned bit more intently.
Stavroula and Kostas met up when we arrived late in the evening with a big moussaka which we ate with good appetite. Stavroula also during the week gave very valuable support and advice regarding a doctor's appointment and a covid-test, saving a lot of time and worry. We have stayed in Villa Silvia only 2 nights but it was enough to assess how great this place is. The villa is immaculate and confortable. The view is stunning, the area super quiet and at the same time, only 10 minutes away from nice beaches and tavernas, and Chania city centre. The villa is way too beautiful than it is showed in pictures. Silvia and Kostas were so helpful, friendly &respond to the inquiries immediately . We are so happy to have stayed there and we will definitely come back again.

The place was beautiful, nice, and clean! We only got to stay 1.5 nights as our flight left early on day 3 there. The host met us early and gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area to make the last few days of our honeymoon count! Couldn’t have been happier!
