Pros (+) The location and view and the villa is furnished beautifully. The staff was very nice.
Cons (-) There is much construction underway with pool and the grounds were in disarray. The breakfast was minimal.

Pros (+) It is a beautiful location in a quiet setting however at least 20 minutes to Florence and taking cabs becomes expensive if you want to spend any time sightseeing. Having a shuttle to take guests to Florence would be a great benefit. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant was outstanding - one of the best we had our whole trip. Pros (+) Lovely place on the top of a hill looking over Florence. Staff amazing and very accommodating making sure we had a taxi at 5am for the airport. Everything is luxurious. Restaurant was one of the best meals we had in Italy.
Cons (-) This isn’t walkable to Florence. We took a taxi in and back. This a destination on its own!

Pros (+) Stunning villa. Private and comfortable. Beautiful and luxurious decor. Amazing views. We attended a wedding at the venue which was a dream. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also top class. We wish we had stayed longer

Cons (-) The heating was very loud and it was not started before our arrival. On the 8th of December the rooms were very could when we arrived, and it took a while till it got warm. Then we had twh choise, either warm and loud, or quite and cold.
