A hidden gem. Comfortable. Good food. Very friendly and caring staff.
They can add coffee and tea making facilities in the suite. The minibar could have been better stacked with some mini bites and nuts.
The hotel is very nice, with friendly people and good service providers; they pay attention to small details, the room is clean and pleasant. The food was amazing!! The hospitality at this place was magnificent.
Villa le calvane is a quiet place where you want to stay longer, cosy evenings with a glass of red wine and with fantastic sun sets. The room was spacious and big. Leo the waiter was very polite and diplomatic, almost like all the stuff at the hotel.
The rooms are big but there is few light, the bathtubs have to be renovated as they are not working properly. Breakfast was okay but not too varied. Overall it was a nice hotel, but overpriced for the facilities it offers.

Gym could be better but I guess it isn't a place to go for hard workouts

Really struggle to find something wrong. Only area for improvement would be the TVs upgraded to cater for Chromecast. But who goes to Villa Le Calvene to watch TV.
The property was beautiful, the staff was tentative especially our sommelier Leo and the front of desk Gemma. Our suite was spacious and a great escape.
Travelling to and from it was expensive.
Villa Le Calvane is an absolute dream! Everything was spectacular. The breakfast was superb! The grounds were tranquil and relaxing. The pool was everything we could have hoped for. And the restaurant food and drinks were delicious! We can’t wait to return.

The air conditioning was poor and it was very hot while we were in Tuscany.
