Pros (+) The hotel is amazing and the staff is incredibly attentive. It was one of the stays that I will remember forever. The only sour spot is that they charged us for a broken glass that we told them about. It’s very petty to charge for a broken glass when you spend $$$$ for a suite.

Four young children, that no matter how their mother consistently yelled through the property for them to be quiet and stay away from the guest areas, they chose not to.
