Cons (-) The breakfast was not 5 star - very mediocre. The room was not very clean, dead flies on the floor for 3 night duration stay. Drain smell in lift at all times and sometimes in the room. Swimming pool not heated. The property is generally very dated and could do with an upgrade to make it 5 star! Pros (+) Beautiful house with lovely staff. Very boutique feel and personal touch
Cons (-) Late access was difficult due to jet cards not really working. A double bed would have been nicer but it is Jerez and we're well used to that. Really nice though and we will certainly return.

Pros (+) The dinner was poor quality and the breakfast was shockingly bad - a machine for coffee totally awful and unbelievable, stale croissants, packet ham, dry cheese, packets of butter..... We can't imagine how a hotel can believe this poor quality is acceptable - we don't think we have ever had such a bad experience before. We had booked and pre paid for 3 nights but left after one. It was too depress...

Pros (+) The location was prefect and the hotel was excellent The staff were incredibly Friendly and helpful The hotel day manager Reyes had spotted it was my birthday and at breakfast gave me a birthday cake from the hotel Never had such excellent and exemplary service in a hotel before Much appreciated
