Very spacious, very luxury, fantastic view. Swimming pool is heated. Can swim any time. Wonderful breakfast. Hotel manager is really nice and helpful. All good.
We stayed too short. Should book longer time.
Clean, good quality of facilities and used materials: bathroom, furniture. Everything is new. Bruno was very kind.
There is not too much food, for example you cannot have a snack in hotel restaurant between lunch and dinner. Lunch is as well offers small selection. It’s recommended to eat outside of the hotel
A wonderful brand-new hotel just opened. Amazing design amazing facilities great location but what really highlighted this hotel for me is the staff. Thomas at reception was extremely helpful . Everything was really excellent
Just the best treatment. The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. There was an unforeseen situation and the team went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure that we were comfortable. I have never encountered such an effort on part of the management and I have been to many many hotels of all levels. The team is wonderful and the hotel is lovely!
There is nothing at this hotel that left we wanting more.
Fabulous from start to finish. A quiet property in the hills where you can totally switch off. Excellent service, comfy beds, good aircon, large room. Spa was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!

The aqua di Parma bath products were nice and the staff was friendly. Convenient to have a shuttle service to escape the subpar premises
Generally the hotel is built with barely any view of lake Garda. You have a slight view from the windows of the rooms, but the pool is basically overlooking the driveway and parking lot. not a very nice setting to spend the day or a vacation. It has a magnificent view of the lake, the service is superb, the breakfast is amazing. The spa is also well equipped with a cool pool which has an indoor-outdoor connection. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting lake Garda.
