Pros (+) Service was impeccable (front, dining, porter, everyone!). The rooms were very beautiful and the garden was mesmerizing. Breakfast offered great selection of everything. Location is perfect in the more quiet side of the town at the waterfront. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side during our stay so we weren't able to enjoy the best view of the lake. But despite that, we had a great stay!
Cons (-) The rooms aren't very sound proof but other than that everything was great. Just a small heads up for those driving to the hotel though -- the city center is very crowded and the road is narrow for people and vehicles to share. Just be careful and patient :)

Pros (+) A beautiful palace hotel with amazing staff. Friendly attentive service and fantastic food in a beautiful setting.
Cons (-) Access through the town was challenging and the access on foot was a steep walk back to the hotel.

Pros (+) It was stunningly beautiful. We Loved every momnent and would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. The breakfast selection is incredible. Sunset Riva excursion was exceptional ❤️

Pros (+) The hotel is amazing, truly like staying in a palace. The rooms, views, gardens, food, all top notch and mesmerizing!
Cons (-) The floors can be noisy and you can hear some creaks from neighboring rooms. Driving to the hotel can also be intimidating, when you are weaving through roads that look like pedestrian walkways near the castle.
