Amazing location in the middle of vineyards which we borrowed the bikes to cycle round. Very beautiful building. Very near - 10 min drive - to lake Garda. Brilliant room - spacious and comfortable. The staff were always very friendly, funny and helpful. The wine was amazing and the breakfast was brilliant - we particularly enjoyed the fresh pear juice.

Wide range of options for breakfast and dinner was delicious. Staff were friendly, spa was incredible, best I've ever had within a hotel. Pool is big and nice, grounds fantastic.
We had a family who were loud and obnoxious (not the hotel's fault) on the table next to us, with kids playing games on their Ipads on full volume, and staff did nothing to try and ask them to turn it down or lower the volume which I felt let down and they could have helped to safe guard other guests given that we paid a lot of money for an expensive dinner. The property is spectacular. The staff warm and welcoming. Our room was beautiful.
We wish we had a car since drivers to the lake or into town were very expensive.
Location, beautiful building.
Poor dining experience, boney fish, breakfast service slow and eggs not great, tried to add to bill things from another room. No shower gel and shampoo and hand soap in room, requested but still didn’t receive any.

Lacking small maintenance and improvements (garden, TV, plugs). Price of extras defintely too high (soft drinks, ice cream, etc).
Classical and elegant site with beautiful and spacious rooms . Comfortable bed . Excellent breakfast . The hotel offers a 1 star Michelin restaurant which was amazing . Friendly staff , good spa .
Pool staff is inefficient, dirty glasses and towels all over the place , not aligned with the efficiency of other team members .
The place is so quiet, completely surrounded by nature. The service was perfect, everyone was so friendly and nice. The restaurant has a lovely terrace, as does the bar. Both were quiet and accommodating!

Beautifully restored old buildings, outstanding kitchen in all restaurants. Excellent wines from the estate and its label Villabella and Cordevigo. Very helpful staff always smiling. Special thanks to Paolo for being everywhere, his wine expertise and making our stay a perfect holiday experience!
