Pros (+) Very good location, close to the Siofok Beach and to the restaurants. Common area available with table, sink, fridge etc. For us the main highlight of the location was the pool on the top floor. We only got to use it for one evening, but it was amazing, with very nice views. SPA area is available as well.
Cons (-) We got a room on the ground floor and it seemed smaller than in the pictures, not much space left around the bed. We were assigned a parking spot that required a bit of maneuvering to get the car in and out of the parking area. Personnel at the reception could have been a bit more friendlier.

Pros (+) Nice new design rooms, very clean & Friendly staff.
Cons (-) The Spa is great however somehow the guest’s behaviour should be monitored by camera as some were very annoying, keep jumping in the pool - huge splahes everywhere on everything
