The lady of the house, Nicola, was so kind, friendly and welcoming, as were herShe did everything to make us feel at home. The flat is equipped with all the most fantastic state of the art furniture and appliances. The family loved the wellness centre with sauna, jacuzzi and tisane and resting area. The children loved the chickens, horses and donkey and cart.
There is nothing we didn't like. It was perfect.

The pool is fabulous during hot summer days!
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
1) Felt at home from the first moment 2) Very comfortable and modern 3) Nicola ,host, is great person and was very interesting to chat with her 4) We like a lot the surrounding including small "farm" with rabbits ,ducks, hens ... 5) You have weekly tickets to go by train in the area (which is very beautiful ) and also get down to Bozen/Bolzano 6) Great breakfast - advisable
WiFi was not working properly , didn't try to resolve it with host, cause I had other solution

Appt spotless. Even had breakfast with her own jam, fresh baked goods and eggs straight from her own chickens. I feel like i made a friend.
There is nothing to fault. It is as advertised. Hostess was charming and helpful.
Excellent place, all was clean wonderful view. The attention was kind an make guests feel comfortable. The hotel provides a 10 days card for public transportation for all guests.
The swimming pool water was cold and make hard to use. This is the only point to improve.
