We absolutely loved everything about Vila d’este! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. It really made our stay special. Breakfast, lunch and diner were great, also the team working at the restaurant were very nice. The view was great, looking to the sea and the boulevard. Also the 2 exits of the hotel, one straight on the boulevard.
At the reception they did't speak much english and because of this we got a misunderstanding, I upgraded the room and stayed one night longer, but they did't clean the room because we did't leave the key at the reception, very strange. And also the seaview was not really seaview because a huge plant was hanging in front of the balcony.

Excellent in all aspects; cleanliness, facilities, personnel/service location and breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. The atmosphere, the decoration, the views, all are very very beautiful. We loved our room with extended bathroom with tub. Staff is super friendly and helpfull.
The only problem we had here was the parking, you have to park on the streets and there is not much availability. Also you can only pay the parking in cash, so make sure you bring some. Also the dj at sunset for us was not necessary, not our cup of tea, but guess that is personal.
The view is great and the location is convenient to the main areas of Buzios. We had a room with view over the bay, great room. Although there was a problem with AC (had no AC overnight) but was fixed the next day. Nice property by interior wise. Were allowed to do a late check out - thank you.
Breakfast not good, nothing is tasty, asked for a tomato omelette -> you need to FRY the tomatoes first, not sprinkle it on top of the egg, and add a little garlic too (to be fried as well)! Coffee - sometimes came burnt. Room service food - very average, not tasty.

Great hotel! It was in a good location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. Lovely pool area, nice breakfast and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Couldn’t fault it!
