Location and cleanness!
Food could be much better for that price! I didn't like when the only responsible person present disturbed us during breakfast saying that he doesn't think that we paid for breakfast. Later one he went to reception to confirm and then he came back saying it is OK!!! This never happened to us!
I really enjoyed my stay—the room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, the walk-in shower was fantastic, and I loved relaxing on the balcony. The breakfast eas also very good!
The only thing it was that the pillow was a bit too soft for my preference, but this is really just a matter of perspective and didn’t ruin my stay at all.

Viko is a great option in Sofia. It is an easy 15min walk to Vitosha Boulevard and also has a few eating options nearby. Located in a side street and is therefore relatively quiet. We got a family room with 2 kids (7 & 9) and it was exactly what we expected from what we saw in the description and photos. Big room with plenty of space for 4 people. Very good soundproof. Great hotel, great location! Loved how clean and comfy the room was. The waitress in the restaurant was super careful and always trying to make us comfortable. The rooms were extremely hot.
The only thing that bothered me a bit is that the parking was a bit small and a bit hard to maneuver with my SUV, but it's in the "basement" of the building so there is nothing to do about it. Great hotel, I highly recommend!
Excellent Service, distance from center and sightseeing (abt 15- 25' walking), safe area, cozy and clean room for family, full equipment (iron, safe etc)
Breakfast for 4 persons is bit expensive if you arrange on the spot so better
The room was spacious , and comfortable . breakfast was ok , Staff were helpful. Nice touch for our anniversary wine and chocolate
More choice at breakfast , had to ask every morning for cold milk. Nice kitchenette , but no cleaning materials i.e washing up liquid.
Spacious room, very clean, very nice breakfast and walking distance to the city center and main attractions.
The staff at the reception was really helpful and professional and super nice especially valina she was amazing and very helpful! The room were always clean and breakfast was tasty
