In a very convenient location to attractions & restaurants. We enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna & the breakfast was very good
All of the staff were exceptional! We were greeted warmly on our arrival and every day we returned back to the hotel. Everyone we encountered was exceptional. The ambiance, cosiness & location.
We stayed at the extension part of the building, it was a long walk to and from our rooms. There seemed to be no separate light switch for the bathroom, once we switched off the control, the whole room was thrown into darkness, we had to depend on the dim light from the wardrobe .
It’s a very sweet beautiful hotel with excellent staff and very centrally located. The breakfast was wonderful with a good variety.

The hotel was wonderful but the front on the house/reception was truly exceptional and attentive. Every request was granted with a smile. We had some issues with our flight that they went the extra mike to solve. I would put the service in the top 1% of fine hotels in Europe

We were not warned the hotel was not accessible by taxi & had to carry the heavy suitcases uphill on the cobblestone lane. The staff were friendly & helpful.
