Rooms are dirty, rip off mini bar, the front of house staff are as rude as fcuk and think they are better than what they are. Food used to be stunning. Pros (+) The hotel was clean, the room was super quiet, we had a great rest. Location is excellent for public transportation (right at metro and tram station), shopping (next to one of the major shopping malls in Prague), walking distance from places like Charles bridge, Prague castle, etc. Staff was super friendly - special thanks to Honza at the reception.

Pros (+) The location was excellent, in an area well served with restaurants, shops and transport facilities. It was easy to get anywhere in the city centre. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. I would definitely return there if in Prague again.

Pros (+) The property is great, spacious and clean.
Cons (-) One of the three elevators was broke, so it took a very long time to go either up or down with just two of them working. Also your digital key lets you reach only your floor where you room is, and if you want to visit a friend or colleague on any floor above yours you can’t get there on your own. I thought that was pretty weird.

Cons (-) The shower was terrible, showerhead really weak and because of the door it just made the floor wet all over the bathroom. Took completely away from my nice experience from showering. No space inside either.
