The room was comfortable, clean, had a nice view., very roomy,and the location was perfect- walking distance to the Sterling Castle, the Wallace monument , shops,restaurants, etc… the staff was excellent, very accommodating , friendly and cordial, breakfast was yummy!

The location was perfect. Near the Castle and Wallace monument the meal was superb. The staff was excellent. The room was above leisurely.

Staff very friendly, and great view from the room which was in very good order. Salmon and scrambled egg breakfast delicious.
I enjoyed my cooked breakfast but the cold offerings were a bit meagre, individual fruit salad very small, and could have had some rolls or pastries as well. The prices of small cans of wine were not listed on the mini bar price list, and when I came to pay found they were £10 each which I thought was a bit steep!
Everything was thought out well in the room. Breakfast was lovely. Short walk into town suited us too.
There was a lots of attention to detail & little extras (sherry in the room). The tables were set to a high standard. The staff were lovely.
Actually don’t think anything could be improved.,
