It’s a beautiful hotel with fantastic views in the heart of Interlaken. The room was lovely with very nice decor. The spa and gym are really great. Every member of the staff was helpful and completely charming.
There is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.
The service was excellent from the moment we arrived until our departure. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. Great premises.
I would prefer a greater variety of unisex saunas.
We liked the spa and swimming pool. We had a great night at Victoria Bar—the food and cocktails were excellent. The bed and bed sheets were very comfortable.
During check-out, we accidentally broke the bedside lamp while moving our luggage. We informed the receptionist immediately, but the hotel's policy requires guests to pay the full replacement cost for any damaged furniture. Unfortunately, the room manager was unwilling to discuss the matter. This really ruined the whole experience.

Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

The price was too much for one night
Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

The hotel was magical and the staff were amazing. They were very friendly. It's also really close to the train station and several shops so the location was perfect.
Absolutely nothing
Spacious and clean. Extremely courteous, friendly staff, who take care of your every wish - Couldn’t fault them.
The breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing to rave about compared with some other 5* hotels. We weren’t particularly impressed by the quality of the food, it was mediocre. The sauna area is also ok, but not amazing. Just 1 small sauna in ladies area and 1 communal sauna which was no where close to the advertisd 90°c !
