Pros (+) Beautiful property and excellent, friendly staff. Work out room wonderful. Restaurants good but seemed expensive compared with nice places nearby outside the resort.

Pros (+) Entire experience was magnificent. The staff was above excellent along with their service. Our room was very comfortable and our patio opened up to water instead of landscape. Landscape was maintained impeccably.
Cons (-) Some of the food did not meet the amount of money that was charged. An enchilada is not how we have seen it in the past. It was very dry and tasteless. Food/drink prices are way too high.

Cons (-) Having to ask for wash rags, ice, coffee pods, water for the room, and other basic amenities on a daily basis, is not 5 star. The staff was great, but basic room amenities should be re supplied without having to ask. In addition, the restaurant was very expensive but not very special.
