Pros (+) Great location. The parking wouldn't let our ski rack in, but they let us park out front in reserved spot. Was not able to book breakfast at the hotel, had to do in advance. I'd stay again.

Pros (+) Clean Convenient Lovely staff We were able to check out at 12! Breakfast buffet is very good - has a lot of sashimi choices and crab! The onsen is very modern but I don’t think the onsen water is natural but I m not sure

Room is small. Breakfast was good but the dining area was cramped as the hotel is quite busy. About 8-10 mins walk to the subway station. Rooms only cleaned once a week if you stay longer than that unless requested otherwise.

We stayed here 3 nights. We reached here earlier than check in time, staffs get our passport to copy for both of us and we left luggages with them and come back again later. Once we returned to hotel again after check in time, staffs was change shift. New staff request passport again. I’m questioning why they would like our passport again since we already be here, we informed stay here for 3 night...
