Everything was excellent. The setting is stunning, wonderful walks through vineyards. The most beautiful views. Staff are charming and very knowledgeable. Especially Manuel who did our wine tasting. All food and wine is wonderful, with produce from the surrounding gardens and trees. It is paradise.

The view from the property is breathtaking and unique.
The only thing to consider is if you want more space, don’t select the rooms in the shared building. Rooms are very small.
Spectacular location. Looking down to Douro River and surrounding vineyards. Hotel is very comfortable. We booked a double room which is bijou. Staff go out of their way to accommodate your requests.

The view is fantastic, the estate is well managed in high quality, highly recommended.
Staff were excellent, right from the moment you got to the property. The ground are exceptional. Room we chose was a bit small, but fine for a short stay. Food and wine were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The road to get here was crazy narrow and a white knuckle adventure!
Location was fabulous - views were spectacular. Loved being able to walk around the property. Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Food was delicious.

The property, views, rooms, pool area, restaurant, food, wine and staff were all amazing! There is nothing negative to say, we loved everything about this place and surrounding area
The whole experience was fantastic. Staff, facilities and food were really special. Would love to return.
Nothing really though the walk to the cantina was a little tricky. Would have preferred a paper map of walks rather than a GPS. A bird/nature lead experience would have been good.
