Pros (+) This hotel is lovely and perfectly located. The valet staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient, making car drop-off and pick-up quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The property also has three elevators, which helps keep wait times short.
Cons (-) Some of the front desk staff are unfriendly, and they often don't answer calls from the room. The breakfast options are limited, and the dining area is small.

Pros (+) The rooms are massive, as is the bathroom. My only dislike was my room smelled like smoke despite being a non smoking room, but otherwise the room was great - as we're the staff. Reception also offered for housekeeping to come to my room to try and get rid of the smell

Pros (+) Room was big, lots of storage. But quite chilly even with thermostat on low. Bathroom was nice with lots of good towels & product.
Cons (-) Breakfast was quite poor. Pastries were not fresh. Hot breakfast options were limited. Hot breakfast sausages did not look appealing at all. Hash browns tasted quite poor also. Didn't like ubers having to circle the block to pick up at my hotel.
