It’s a peaceful place to stay on. The staffs are so friendly to the point where they would advise you where to go and to eat as well. The room is fabulous. Quiet, clean, and spacious room.
The parking is outside and you have to walk.
We had a really enjoyable stay here and would definitely return. Everything you need in the room was catered for, tea/coffee, complimentary fruit and chocs. Plug sockets convenient. Comfy bed. We loved the wellness facilities of the hotel, including the two heated pools, the sauna with a view and and fantastic massage service. The food was also excellent and the staff very friendly with us.
Location
It was good enough, but it should be clean especially the bed cos we found too much hair and the bed sheet wasn’t clean.

Dinner verity is limited
Virtually everything. Breakfasts fantastic, drinks very reasonably priced. Staff were marvellous.
Choice of main course for dinner very limited, that is the only criticism I would make.
Warm and cozy design, very comfortable bed and pillows
The spa is split on two different levels, the outdoor pool was closed. The skiroom is too small. Food variety was poor.

Outdoor pool shut
The rooms are modern and spacious. Especially liked the wooden floors. The hotel has a nice pool to take a dip after a day of skiing and an adjacent sauna. Plenty of parking close to the hotel and 5-10 minutes by car from the Kaltenbach ski lift. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast buffer has everything you need in the morning. Overall, excellent stay for a weekend and would book again.
everything was superlative. Extraordinary accommodation, everything new, well-kept, discreet food, delicious every time. Bus in front of the accommodation to go skiing and the train 5 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. If I travel to the Zillertal valley again, I will definitely choose the same accommodation.
