Pros (+) We loved the wellness facilities of the hotel, including the two heated pools, the sauna with a view and and fantastic massage service. The food was also excellent and the staff very friendly with us.

Pros (+) Virtually everything. Breakfasts fantastic, drinks very reasonably priced. Staff were marvellous.

Pros (+) The rooms are modern and spacious. Especially liked the wooden floors. The hotel has a nice pool to take a dip after a day of skiing and an adjacent sauna. Plenty of parking close to the hotel and 5-10 minutes by car from the Kaltenbach ski lift. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast buffer has everything you need in the morning. Overall, excellent stay for a weekend and would book again.

Pros (+) everything was superlative. Extraordinary accommodation, everything new, well-kept, discreet food, delicious every time. Bus in front of the accommodation to go skiing and the train 5 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. If I travel to the Zillertal valley again, I will definitely choose the same accommodation.

Cons (-) The only thing is that some evenings we waited for some parts of the dinner for a long time. Some evenings were alright.

Pros (+) We got a free drink voucher which was nice! The breakfast is broad and rich, the pool and sauna were nice, there’s even a small river near the hotel, and the location is the most beautiful place in Tirol.
Cons (-) Parking is €8 a night, which adds up pretty quickly if you’re staying for more than a few days. Plus, you have to walk upwards in the street to get to the parking.
