Pros (+) Staff staff staff! The location is close to areas of interest. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel provided wine for our anniversary. The breakfast is really good and they allow you to have it whenever during the day
Cons (-) The bed mattress was horrible. No support at all. Way too soft for me. I had to flip it to get some support. Noise from the bath vent.

Breakfast was so-so, the „spa“ is actually one small sauna and one jakuzzi which you cannot use freely, but you have to request a time slot when to use them … so almost unusable. Pros (+) Breakfast brilliant. I would give it 10 out of 10 rating. Location is "so so". A bit far from the main attractions, but a 10 minutes walk would do the job. The staff was more than ok, willing to help with everything.
Cons (-) We have been travelling with a 9 year old child and asked for an extra bed. Unfortunately, the bed was making noises each time the child was moving while sleeping. We have asked for a bed change (the reception was very kind and provided support in changing the bed). Unfortunately, again, the new bed was making the same noises.
