The room was very spacious, clean with a very comfortable bathtub. Wellness center is nice.
The romantic package was very disappointing. The champagne was hot, the decoration was not done with care, just thrown at the bed. Hotel would not book a flower bouquet either, just at any other. You should not charge 25€ for that package.

Only that drinking water isn't always available none in the vending machines and no drinking water stations
The bed was very comfortable, we had enough storage for our items, and the pool with spa and gym were very good.
The bed had red stains on it, the bathroom had hairs in the bath, and there were some other spots in the bathroom too that i did not know what it was. The pressure on the showerheads was also very bad.
The hotel was beautifully styled, staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and we enjoyed the meals in the restaurant. We liked the pool and enjoyed our swim.
The mattresses are too soft and not supportive.

Nice decor in bar and restaurant, comfortable bed (although was two singles pushed together, with single bedding). Good restaurant manager who agreed not to charge me for the undrinkable Prosecco (barman wanted me to pay for it). Good selection of food for the breakfasts. CLose to the Miele Centre, but otherwise miles from anywhere - so much so that taxis charge extra to come from Utrecht.
Poor shower pressure, lack of good wines by the glass, expensive, no environmental initiatives (towels were changed every day, nothing suggesting you keep your towels or skip the room clean etc). Strange that the tables were not set for breakfast (18.50 euro pp) - completely DIY. Huge building - almost needed Google maps to get me from reception to my room! The glass balcony’s are taking away a bit of privacy
Very clean large room with excellent natural light. Internet speed was high and could support video conferencing easily.

The room was very clean and bathroom was amazing. Didn't expect to have a balcony, which is good. There is a nice coffee machine, fridge and ironing board in the quite spacious room. Small shop in reception area which was convenient.
Even though there is a lot to do in the hotel, there was not really much to do outside of that. I think the hotel could use some more entrances to the property, so that you can access from different sides.
Everything was as it should be. Good food and nice Piano bar. Friendly staff, cosy rooms. We travelled with our Huskys, was no problem and the room we had was dog proof!
Nothing to complain.
