Pros (+) Amazing, friendly staff. Decor very nicely done and comfortable. Little touches for the kids were very much appreciated.
Cons (-) One of the bunk beds was squeaky and took a while for child to go to sleep. Location but further out than we thought. Close enough to the park and ride to get the tram right until town though.

Pros (+) Room was great, spa facilities upstairs were brilliant! Bed was comdy and bathroom was beautiful.
Cons (-) We didnt realise we were staying the same night as a major football match so the hotel wasnt very quiet. All food options on site were very pricey and sheets weren't cotton so a bit hot.
