i liked the ample parking of the hotel, and how easy and organized was everything. Also the ambiance inside it was so nice, so relaxing in general and the location was superb.
The curtains of my room (411) were not black out. Too much light coming into room from all corners.

checkin in process - typing in all data that the hotel has from the booking, restaurant kitchen closes at 21.00 but you are not allowed to order salads 30 min before the closing

We had travelled from Ireland to Dunkirk on a ferry that arrived at 0100hrs. After driving to Venlo , we arrived hours ahead of normal check- in time. A very kind man at reception facilitated an early check- in. We enjoyed an excellent Sunday breakfast before catching some sleep. A session in the swimming pool helped to refresh us.
Very good breakfast excellent beds, nice modern room, very well insulated. the food in the hotel was outstanding. the wellness was amazing, and the gym was excellent for a hotel
there was no conditioner shampoo. my wife was not happy about that
It was modern, clean and functional. Nice size bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows.
