My husband and I live in California. My sister lives in Birmingham Alabama. We stayed here two years ago and had the best experience. We just were there this past weekend and had the same great experience. The finishes, the touches the rooms the lobby everything about this hotel is incredible. I honestly think it’s one of my favorite hotels ever.
the staff is very friendly, kind and accommodating
The room was not well maintained. The floors were not clean. the bed mattress was poor quality or just worn out. The bathroom floors were not clean.
The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful. The location is also lovely with food and entertainment within walking distance.
There was nothing I didn’t like other than my stay being so shorter. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The facilities were beautiful! Well kept,clean. The staff very friendly and fun to talk to. The restaurant was absolutely incredible! Overall a fantastic experience!!
Great location, area was cute with lots of options. Close to downtown without being too close.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was cozy, and the location great. Bedding and bedding very comfortable.
No soap in the shower bottle. A metal fence that blocked the light for a view. Decor and furnishings pretty basic for the price. Horrible next door neighbors that shouted and slammed doors all night.
