It was lovely and clean
The food choices wasn’t great on a evening lunchtime was great lots of choice
hotel was lovely, location, rooms etc were all nice. clean and looked great
the all inclusive offerings were poor. unable to get a bottle of water from any bar at the hotel. only tap. unacceptable if you ask me. service while in the all inclusive restaurant was poor for breakfast and dinner. food was poor overall, same stuff rehashed each day it felt like.
Really what isn’t to like. Lovely rooms and facilities, the grounds have large green open spaces with beautiful planting. While swimming in the pool you can look at the view of the mountain. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room on terraces or balconies with a helpful drying rack available for swimsuits. The entertainment team are amazing and truly deserve their own dressing room for the fantastic shows they put on. Anything else is really nit picking and most likely personal preference.Read more
All meals had chicken on offer, some other meat as the main offering would be an improvement. Food in general was somewhat bland.
The swim up room was on a good sized pool. All the staff were really helpful and spoke English. The resort was always very clean with ample bins for any rubbish/cup drop off points.
The beach wasn't very clean with left over cigarette butts and seaweed covering the area, this was very obvious when comparing with the section next door belonging to another hotel. The first night the staff were very quick to offer drinks within the all inclusive food area, but as we went on it took until we got desserts some nights. Lovely setting with the mountains in the background and nice rooms
The dinner buffet food was AWFUL! We had to eat out every night apart from the 2 al a cartes which were included in the all inclusive which were ok. The lunch food was below average too, very disappointing
The whole complex is amazing. i would def recommend a swim up room. the food is fantastic and the pizzas at lunch time are the best i have ever tasted. The location is great, you can walk out at night and grab a drink in a bar if you fancy going off the complex. the spa is fantastic too.

Amazing staff, great hotel, very attentive and understanding, always helpful and good provided something special for our babies birthday. Also upgraded us free of charge for the special occasion which was amazing.
We got upgraded and room was not amazingly clean although they went out of their way to give us an upgrade and as soon as we mentioned the room the immediately came and cleaned it
