Pros (+) I had a wonderful stay at Urban Residence! Everything was perfect - the place was very clean, quiet, and felt incredibly safe. The atmosphere was calm and very welcoming, and I truly appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. Cons (-) We booked a 2 bedroom suite as we wanted to have 2 bathrooms, but this was at the sacrifice of a lounge which was not mentioned in any of the advertising. Also the patron door in the main bedroom vibrated regularly throughout the day and night making a very noticeable loud noise, only opening the patio door stopped the noise, which is not ideal.

Pros (+) EVERYTHING! This is our fourth stay; and we love it. The apartments are nice, comfortable, very clean and they have everything you need.
