Pool. Modern clean rooms. Location, very close to centre and restraints , bars etc. Great friendly town, not touristy despite being so close Lisbon. Ample free parking.

liked the fact that you can stream to the tv, bed was comfortabele, breakfast was good, had enough different options. pool was nice and warm. If we ever go to Lisbon again, we will most definitely stay here again!!
toilet paper is a bit thin, but I've not seen any better in Portugal yet.
Breakfast was really good, they packed us a nice breakfast box the morning of our checkout because it was so early. It was so accessible by public transport and right in front of the riverfront
The room was clean, the swimming pool was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming despite checking in at midnight. They recommended places where to have a late meal and it was good. They even gave us a cute treat while leaving.
The option for room service to order a meal or snack would have been nice.

This place is supposed to be pet friendly. It isn't. At most you could say it was pet tolerant. Not only did I gave to pay an additional 25 euro a night for ny little pomeranian, they also blocked 200euro on my card as a deposit against damage and then insisted we use the back entrance through the garage rather than enter through the lobby. I will never stay here again.
The breakfast was good and the rooms are clean.
The mini bar was empty and the hotel said that was the hotel policy. There was no food included in the room service after 10pm, there was no water in the room service and I had to rely on the ground floor vending machine for drinks, which were often not restocked. Clean and modern rooms, friendly staff. Lots to look at within walking distance and easy to use if you have a car rental and want a base to use to explore further afield.
Bar was only open limited days, but there were good local food options available.
Breakfast Facility pretty new, modern and with a green charm.. Easy parking
A lil bit too far from Lisbon. The view is not the best but ok
