Pros (+) Conveniently located. Perfect for our purpose in Guayaquil. Good air conditioning. Small fridge in room. Staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Had dinner in the bar. Our server was fantastic! We ordered a pizza and it was barely warm and looked like a frozen pizza however the encebollado was amazing.

Cons (-) Extremely comfortable bed and pillows and linens. Since we had to leave the property at 3 am they provided a wonderful box breakfast. Yay!! There was a gentleman staffing the breakfast omelette station.
