One of the most beautiful pools I’ve ever seen. Beautiful experience to hang out there all day.

Stunning hotel. We especially enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was also a highlight. One night we had a view of Etna erupting.
It’s was a little isolated but that did not stop us walking to Isola Bella. They also have a free shuttle bus in to Taormina which runs regularly.
The way this hotel is built is very impressive. You take the elevator to the sea out of a cave. Everyone stops and takes pictures. Good cleaning standards. The restaurants, the food, the views Well equipped gym
No bathrobes No kettle/tea in the room Rooms are big and elegant but old The breakfast is italian, lots of sweets and pastries but less savory options, eggs are not good You depend on transportation. Not possible to walk to the city
This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The view from the room was wonderful. The room was close to the spa, the pool & the beach area.

Great location on the coast, quiet, large rooms with separate dressing room and double door to corridor that keeps out corridor noise. Clean. Lovely terrace for breakfast overlooking sea and Etna. Parking. Great pool area. Shuttle to town. Recommended if you want to stay somewhere that is quiet and has sea access, which is very rare in this area.
Slightly outdated interior in public areas, could be so much more elegant. Staff at reception could just try a little harder. V hard pillow. No spare blankets so I was cold at night. Shuttle only does one run at intervals during the day so gets booked up quickly. Hotel lacks interior signage and due to layout can be confusing to find where to go.
The size of the room, views exceptional, staff at all on property locations was really great in particular front desk, pool areas, breakfast wait staff, food excellent and happy hour setting the best! The outdoor areas offer so many options to be with others or remain peacefully content to have solitude. The ability to swim every day in cool clear water was wonderful as long as you swim early due ...
The only things I could think of was: - offer a menu beside sandwiches between 5:30 and 7:00 pm. We wanted a hamburger but had to leave the property to get one unless We waited till after 7pm. - offer replenishment of complimentary water daily - better signage outside elevators to designate floors to eating areas and pools - directions on how to work heating and air condition in rooms These items ...Read more
Nice relax hotel.
The stuff misleading me the cost of laundry, the end up I spent 100 euro for a few clothes , for this money, I can buy new ones!!! I specifically asked 10 euro for a bag or for one item, I were told for one bag, but at the end they count for items!! Not fair for me to pay this much by their wrong information!!
