Great location. Magnificent view. Appreciated washing machine. Good communication before arrival.
Lacking basic provisions-sufficient toilet paper, no basic supplies in kitchen such as tea, coffee, sugar or oil. Would be nice to have a freshen up of linen- it was quite tired. No instructions on use of keys or air conditioner.

The B&B is in a great location, with a wonderful view over the sea. The place is very well maintained and VERY clean! Well functioning AC system. The appartment is close to one of the main squares of San Lucido but still shielded enough from the music at night. San Lucido was a great surprise for our family - it's authentic Italy how we know it from decades ago! Good place also to explore other to...

The property is clean, well organized and comfortable. The view is great, that was my 2nd time in San Lucido. Unfortunately I spent only one night for a meeting. Hope to come back again.

The location, the apartment has a balcony that is large enough to eat on and overlooks the sea, stunning views . It is central to the small town , we liked the short walk to the square for an aperitif, shops or a meal.
We would have liked a kettle or some smaller pans and a larger coffee maker.
Lovely ,clean apartment over looking the sea. Fully kitted out with everything you need. Nothing was to much trouble and we got regular texts checking to see if all was well from the owner and if we needed anything which was a nice touch.
