Such a cool hotel! Staff were so friendly and we loved the rooftop pool! Amazing location.
The standard rooms are very small, and we couldn't help but think they didn't need the bath in the room! There was nowhere to put our suitcases, and the bath felt like a bit of a waste of space when the room was so small! The shower was great, so we would have preferred slightly more space rather than a huge bath!
The breakfast was fantastic! Especially the live music during breakfast was a great surprise. The staff were very kind and welcoming! Great location in the centre of Madrid.
There was no music at the rooftop bar
The hotel is very we maintained and in a central location. It’s right beside a pharmacy and numerous places to eat and drink. The room we had was amazing the balcony was very spacious and very quiet.
The rooftop bar was quite expensive and it closed at 10 pm but there is another bar that opens till 1am in the hotel. The restaurant menu didn’t seem to offer many dishes.

nothing, the only suggestion i would have is for music at the pool but that is minor.
Property is super clean, really well maintained & worth the money. The rooftop bar and the pool bar are fabulous. Location is in the middle of Sol so close to everything but nice & quiet in the rooms

The room with a terrace is great. Large enough space with plenty of light. Third time staying at this hotel and has been great each time.
Good location
Room with terrace was pointless, didn’t have much of a view of anything. And from the photos we expected a jacuzzi up there. Our room had ants, coming out from under the bed. When we told the front desk they simply sent someone to our room to lay out toxic gel bait for the ants. No offer to switch rooms, even after stating we were uncomfortable in the room with ants.
