The staff were lovely and even upgraded us to a premium room, we loved the roof top bar and the restaurant. Convenient location with plenty around and soundproof windows for a good sleep. Love the breakfast vibe with layback music (must try the San Gines chocolate dip). Oh…and the staff are super friendly!

The good: a nice bathroom, comfy bed, and friendly staff. But it did not feel like a 5* hotel. The small things were not there eg. there was an issue with the bath which while fixed I would not expect from a 5*. Pros (+) Exceptional location, Great hotel, very friendly staff and very accommodating. The location was second to none with all of the main sights to see nearby. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Bar area lovely and had drinks in there. A little surprise for our anniversary as well, which meant alot

We asked reception if it was possible to get a quieter room, and they gave us another one. However, this room had no view at all—you looked straight into a grey wall.
