We like the room, the pool, and the breakfast. Also the night restaurant was nice and convenient for the stay.
The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. But the breakfast room some staff were not nice and unfriendly: 1) We had requested they cook the raw eggs but they refused. They said Japanese eat raw eggs in breakfast, we need to requested one day advance. Is your hotel only accepting Japanese? 2) We drank tea after breakfast at 9:30 in the morning. Location close to JR station. Very nice and comfortable room with balcony, large bed and good pillows. Availability of some drinks and Coffee during some hours.
Missing are only for adults during breakfast time. Was too many families with little children creating huge Queque waiting for pancakes and taking so many from slow machine. As well in drinking area was not quiet, running Kids, streaming etc...
We avoid hotels because it’s harder with kids 4 and 7. This place was the exception! The room size worked well for us, and my kids LOVED playing at the park next door. They name lots friends at the park and it was the highlight of their trip. Nice way to experience the culture. The other amenities the hotel from the pear tea, to wine made this whole experience a treat!
The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely Japanese ‘style’ rooms and very comfortable beds.

Staff was very kind and helpful :) well kept cute hotel with awesome amenities. The pour over station/ evening drink station were great :) loved the pajamas!
This hotel is very near the train station. We booked a double room with balcony and garden view. It was very spacious. It’s also very peaceful even though it’s just beside a park. We enjoyed their lounge area where you can have some free snacks and drinks.

Incredible location next to train station, park, aquarium and more. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Gorgeous, spacious and well-designed room with a balcony. Amazing on-site facilities and perks like free coffee/beer, curated library, play spaces and bathhouse. LUUP station right behind the building.
Loved that there were laundry machines that you could check availability on in your room but they were constantly in use so I ended up going to the laundromat a couple blocks away. Not really the hotel’s fault, but something to note if you’re looking to do laundry during a quick stay.
The hotel is simply amazing, full of open spaces for both kids and parents! We ended every evening in the hotel’s private Santo, which really elevated the entire vacation. The staff is excellent and very friendly, and the breakfast is indulgent.
