Amazing location and big area. as big beautiful garden. There are many interesting birds and animals here. Staff is maximum attentive, and kindly. Very delicious breakfast lunch and dinners.
Not enough sunlight inside and outside Villa. Darkness inside rooms . Tea is bad. Gym is too small (10x10 meters, as if they don’t have enough land)
This property is very special, with its private bungalows and lush natural surroundings. The staff are very attentive & professional. A unique experience in Sri Lanka.

Beautiful location, wonderful grounds and facilities, amazing wildlife literally outside your door! Riding Rolex was a wonderful experience.
Reception isn’t 24 hours so when we were out late to attend a cricket match in Dambulla, we couldn’t get back to our room at first because everything was locking up and it felt too far to walk in the dark with no torch. Thankfully some staff had not yet finished and were quick to help us! Evening menu was very limited with only one vegetarian option per day.

A luxurious property set in acres of scenic grounds. We enjoyed using our bikes to explore the property and after cooled off in our plunge pool. The rooms were very comfortable and well well proportioned. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food and wine was extremely expensive for what they were , e.g a $10 Chilean Merlot marked up to $60 and a $20 NZ Marlborough marked up to $150 . The “special dining experience” was a $200 curry rice meal with one drink , total rip off
What made our stay really memorable is the staff, from front desk agents, to waiters at the restaurants, to the guys driving us around with buggies, to people servicing our room. They have been amazingly kind and hospitable with us. Beautiful place. Isolated from the town but the location is beautiful. You can ride bike around the rice field and lake. If you’re lucky see an elephant. The woman at the elephant centre was very nice and we learnt a lot! I am glad we stop for a chat. The diner experience was amazing! Everything was perfect - the main mansion house is gorgeous, our pool villa was massive and nuzzled in a lovely quiet party of the estate where we benefitted from privacy and the sounds of the nature around us. Food was fantastic as was service. We went on an amazing horse ride into the lake, our guide took the best pictures!
