Cons (-) More vegetarian options at breakfast would be nice. Inconsistent room cleaning. One day toothbrush and ear buds were replaced yet not on the next day

Pros (+) The room was extremely nice. Staff was extremely friendly. Location was pretty good in busy Ubud. The room itself was quiet and had no noise pollution from outside. Breakfast was pretty nice specially the cooked breakfast.
Cons (-) Every day after the room being cleaned all lights and Aircon were left on. Why such a waste of energy in such a fancy sustainable hotel? Also, the hotel is a bit of a maze and was easy to get lost. Better signaling could help.

Pros (+) We enjoyed our junior suite with a large balcony overlooking the pool. All the staff were amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. They were always quietly attentive. Afternoon Tea on the roof terrace was lovely, the breakfasts were plentiful. The location is ideal for site seeing in Ubud and beyond.
