Large, handsome suite, with five defined areas, including balcony. Electrical outlets throughout. TV with voice control. Kitchenette. Clean, quiet, secure, comfortable. WiFi worked well. Great staff! Four blocks from Opera Theatre. Two from Philharmonic Hall. Two blocks to supermarket. Two to buffet restaurant. Many other choices. One of the best stays ever. Thank you! Dyakuyu.
Friendly staff, modern design, spacious room, comfy bed mattress, and pillows. Tea pot, fridge, complimentary tea. Recommend it!
Central location of the hotel, great rooms, nice staff
There was no cellar or shelter in the event of an air alarm (but you could wait in the lobby on the first floor)

The staff, the design and the location are perfect. The bed is also amazing. The city view from the window is exceptional.
The AC kept beeping throughout the whole time it was being used. Makes it hard to sleep with AC on, but it's uncomfortable to sleep in the heat during this season, especially since the room is roof level and gets hot easily.

The room is very basic, don’t expect much from it. But it’s very clean and tidy, there are many towels, slippers and bathrobes. The bed and the pillows are quite hard to me, but maybe just for me…I liked it anyways, the place is nice
