Everything!!! The staff, the breakfast, the rooms. Perfect stay!
Nothing, everything was great
Location. Sitting in the banks of the River Kwai, with views of the bridge just around the riverbend. The staff were helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. The room was compact but spotlessly clean. Comfortable. The restaurant served delicious meals, our fave being the massaman curry and srichacha fried rice. Breakfast was also great.
Nothing
Great location
Room was a bit small
All the staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. Especially the gentleman at reception that assists with the bags. I felt completely surrounded by nature which was a nice change from my work trip in bangkok.
Nothing.
The setting, + the friendliness of the staff + the staff in general
Staff were superb, location was great, food was excellent, and exceptionally enjoyable stay thae we extended, and will have no hesitation in both returning to and recommending

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Located on the river with a great view. Close to the bridge and shops. Breakfast was good buffet style. The hotel offers peace and quiet.

Riverside views were amazing and very relaxing atmosphere .
Rooms felt a little dark and the fitness room was not so good .

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated in the heat. Th...Read more
