It was exceptionally beautiful. , the staff was very welcoming. Special thanks to Adela for her constant care and the executive chief for accommodating all our requests.
The service was excellent! Everyone made sure I was taken care of at all times. Whatever I needed, they were there. It's a very family oriented place and everyone is genuinely nice. They also gave me little gifts after I left and before I left, which was very thoughtful.
Tulia was amazing. The hotel was clean and beautiful, the staff were lovely and the meals were fabulous! We enjoyed our stay very much and left feeling very relaxed. Cannot wait to be back!

Staff is very friendly and attentive to every need and strive to make it a memorable experience. We stayed in The bungalow with sea view and it was spectacular. It is expensive but everything is included even the room bar . Good choice of wine and spirits ( including Campari ) and food was excellent . The staff are a real highlight of this resort - very customer-focused and wanting to please (special shout-out to Petr in guest relations, Joseph from the wait staff & Loweshi from the Maasai team). Staff were wonderful and this was the first all inclusive that was literally all inclusive for food, drinks, cocktails etc.
Only challenge was the weather! Would have liked a little more sunshine in paradise!
