Pros (+) Nice hotel and has a great location. Staff is also nice and helpful.
Cons (-) Rooms could have been better; it was too small, and instead of a kitchen, if you travel for work, a desk could have been much better option.

Cons (-) There weren't many people staying there that night so the staff was a bit too nosy and kept asking if we needed anything.. don't get me wrong I appreciate the help but I like my own space

Pros (+) It is not a luxury vacation hotel like the nearby Los Tajibos. But it is considerably less expensive, and a very nice hotel for business people. The location is really excellent. It is my go-to hotel in Santa Cruz.

Pros (+) - the location: very central in equipetrol. Close to good bars, restaurants, etc... Also, it is a very safe area. - the quality of the equipments in the room/hotel: modern bathroom, perfect bed, modern decoration, etc... - the rooftop: pool with a nice view. - the people of the hotel were very kind and helpful
Cons (-) - the quality of the breakfast is too low for a hotel of this price range. The bread and the croissants dont seem fresh for example. I had better breakfasts in Bolivia in hotels much cheaper. It is sad that the quality of the breakfast is not aligned with the quality of the other elements of the hotel (rooms, decoration,...)

Pros (+) Very comfortable hotel. Bed is soft, room is spacious, shower is perfect, the pool is nice, staff are helpful and location is great.
Cons (-) It would be great to have room service (even though a kitchen is available in the room).
