Location, rooftop pool is incredible, comfortable rooms, and balconies overlooking the park
Tough to book for a group because of the limited amount of rooms, be sure to plan in advance when booking multiple rooms
friendly staff and helpful, many speaks good English. very different location it feels like you are living in the neighborhood. hotel literally next to Yoyogi park, worth bring your running shoes it is supreme to have a morning jog in the park for fresh air. Roaster Cafe much better than Fuglen, both next door. also a few other very nice local Cafes, all are just a minute away.
Great location to get out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to metro and nice to be able to walk through parks. Cute coffee shops and restaurants/ bars nearby

Everything. The style, the smell, the hospitality of the staff. Every little detail thought through. Breakfast was top notch and above usual western breakfast in Japan.

The property provided a tranquil space to experience the city. It was located in a beautiful area, where one could easily access Yoyogi park. All staff were incredibly helpful, kind and willing to ensure our stay was an amazing experience.

We liked the aesthetic of the room; the rooftop bar, and the location.
The room lacks storage; we had two carry-on suitcases, and one had to be on the floor. The sink water pressure as abysmal.
The staff are extremely helpful The rooms are beautiful and very well designed The location is great. Close to main areas while still being tucked in a quiet area
I would say that it is very very slightly overpriced.
