Pros (+) Love the location and amenities. Rooftop was perfect for watching the river get dyed green.
Cons (-) My husband was stuck in the elevator for 90min. And sheers did not open, toilet ran all night and wouldn’t flush. And lock fell off the door.

Pros (+) Stayed in a suite. Very spacious, great kitchen, showers / baths were very nice, bedding was comfortable, service impeccable, room service food was quick, well prepared, and reasonably priced. The gym / work out facilities are incredible and so is the spa. You don't have to like Trump's politics to love this hotel as it is 5 Star across the board.
Cons (-) The price for parking is a bit too high. That would be the one negative.

Pros (+) The staff was awesome. Love the views of the river from my room. The lobby was outdated but nice. The pool was great, and I loved the sitting area, with views of the city. Housekeeping was excellent, and I did not mind tipping for all the services. I did get content for my social media, but I feel I could have done better.
Cons (-) The first room was bigger and more beautiful. Plus, it was under construction on the other side. You had to go through the servant doors to get to the room. The door lock was broken. Our second room was much smaller. One of the lamp was acting weird. I had to screw the bulb tight. I was charged more for the cranberry juice that said $11 but charged almost $15?
