Location is amazing, the view 10/10, breakfast was great, overall experience
Single small elevator for a tall building, it was a little inconvenient as we stayed at the upper floor
Clean spacious appartments. Location is perfect and the bar at top where breakfast is served offers breathtaking views both to St. Peter's cathedral and to Angel Castle. Definitely worth staying in.
The location in the Borgo is fantastic. Happened to be the conclave too! Great experience to be there. Hotel could not have been better if interested in visiting the Vatican and still close enough to the main city centre. All walkable. Sorted Taxis etc and great information desk too! Staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is a shop outside the front door. Convenient but make sure you check the price before you buy! €19 for a bottle of wine from the fridge. It's €22 in the hotel! 🙄

The location, the view, facilities (it has a laundry!!!!) and the staff, all were so inviting and hospitality. The room was modern, great quality furnishings and plenty of amenities and kitchen items such as glasses, cutlery, working dishwasher, drinkable tap water, freshly made beds everyday and restocking of bathroom amenities. The air conditioning wasn’t operational due to some local restriction so it would get hot and stuffy by afternoon. However, leaving the windows open for 10-15 minutes would sort that out. This isn’t a problem for most people in spring and winter but could be an issue for hot days in during winter to spring transition.Read more
The room was just as shown in the pictures. The balcony had an amazing view and the breakfast was delicious. In the evening you can go outside on Floor 7 and see the view. You can see 2 monuments lit up, when it's dark.

Clean, very spacious for a family of 4 (two adults + 15 and 18), extremely quiet, no noise from inside nor outside, very close to all tourist atractions.
As always in such touristic places there is not enough care for the environmental aspects. There were some measures for the towels, but one day the cleaning lady put on the dishwasher with only four (!) glasses inside… there should be also more waste bins with clear indications how to sort the waste.
The location is excellent. View from the balcony spectacular. Very good restaurant around the corner , recommended by the reception. I can not really fault it. Basically a superb choice.
One night a function in the roof bar so nowhere to drink while the little one went to bed and noise until midnight but a minimal negative.
