The hotel is perfectly located for visiting The Vatican, St Peter’s Basilica and Castel St Angelo. It’s a good 20-30 minute relatively flat walk to most other sites in Rome. Our cute apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. We appreciated the included breakfast, which was good. Another plus is the free use of the laundry, an unexpected bonus!

The service is so good! They use WhatsApp to communicate and they have security 24/7. We had a weird favor to ask (to print some papers for the airport) and they helped us with everything and coordinating our trip there. This is a GREAT place to stay.
Can’t complain much when you’re a 10 minute walk from Vatican City and the location is safe. I guess the elevator is smaller than expect but we’re in Europe and that’s normal.
The location is A+!! We have a two bedroom apartment for 4 adults, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed. When I booked, it was not too clear about the sofa bed. This apartment has a wonderful location. It's near the Vatican and many restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops, and is walking distance from the Castel Sant Angelo, the Tiber, and much of the historic center. We did have some trouble with the electrical system often tripping the breaker in the fuse box when we entered the room. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and showed us how to reset the breaker, but this problem needs repair.Read more
The location walkable to St. PETER BASILISCA in 8 minutes. The hotel is very clean and the room has plenty of space for 4 people. The breakfast was good. The gym is nice and the free laundry service is excellent !

The hotel location was amazing, given that it was only a few minutes walk to St Peter's Square and less than a minute's walk to a very good trattoria. Most parts of central Rome were easily reached on foot from the hotel so it was really well placed. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was clean, well-specced and fulfilled all our needs.
The breakfast was good but not to the standard one would expect for a hotel such as this. The fruits weren't particularly appealing and the buffet was standard hotel fare. Not local quality.

Clean spacious appartments. Location is perfect and the bar at top where breakfast is served offers breathtaking views both to St. Peter's cathedral and to Angel Castle. Definitely worth staying in.
The location in the Borgo is fantastic. Happened to be the conclave too! Great experience to be there. Hotel could not have been better if interested in visiting the Vatican and still close enough to the main city centre. All walkable. Sorted Taxis etc and great information desk too! Staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is a shop outside the front door. Convenient but make sure you check the price before you buy! €19 for a bottle of wine from the fridge. It's €22 in the hotel! 🙄
