Staff were lovely and great facilities overall
Air conditioning would have made it more comfortable as it was quite warm while we were there. Extra towels hooks in the bathroom and extra coffee pods would have been a bonus
Lovely property with great facilities. Amazing restaurant with excellent breakfast options. Very friendly and helpful stuff happy to make recommendations and suggestions.
There is nothing we can think off
Our stay truly exceeded our expectations. We visited as a family to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday, and it was a wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish. The phone in the room didn't work, the light in the bathroom that was under the mirror didnt work either, , the extra bed was very uncomfortable with only a thin mattress, in the sauna we waited over an hour for towels to be delivered, which weren't there even after several emergencies. Clean, comfortable and the breakfast was awesome
The jacuzzi could be more warmer.
Everything was amazing, the swimming pool outside also was good, sauna was nice.
The location is great—very close to the forest and the mountains, great for nature walks. The breakfast was superb, with a large variety of dishes to choose from. You won't be disappointed with breakfasts.
The room had a mountain view, which was great. However, there wasn't a writing table in our room, so it was hard to write by hand in bed all the time.
Very nice hotel in general, spacious rooms. Friendly staff, animation program from kids as well as some other activities that hotel provides or assists in booking. Great breakfast - a lot of options, practically everything I tasted was delicious. Dinner a la carte was also quite nice. Good location, close to ski resorts, yet location itself is rather calm.
Main disappointment was the pool and related facilities. Pool is rather small, outside pool was not working (water was not heated), lockers beside the pool did not work properly. Bathroom heater in the room was only lukewarm - it was hard to dry our clothes, towels, and swimsuits.
Nice area
We got a ground-floor room which doesn't have balcony what we paid for, and it was next to the house door, so it was noisy, crowdy and someone was always sitting in front of our windows.
