We had a wonderful stay at Treetops. All the staff, managed by Audre, were great, very hard working and lovely to chat with. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. The housekeepers came every day and did a wonderful job (do leave them a tip!). The pool is really handy if you don't fancy a beach day. There are also free bikes to use whilst there. There are loads of great food and drink place...
We struggled to get bikes for a couple of days as two families were there together and were making good use of them all day and evening, so it may be helpful to encourage guests to be mindful of that so there are plenty to share. Otherwise everything was great.Read more
A relaxing paradise outside of the main hustle & bustle of the centre of Caye Caulker. Free bikes available 24/7 to get around which was great, or a short walk into the main strip. Room was beautifully decorated and spacious. Everything worked well, TV, Aircon, shower. Bikes were great too. Really lovely place all in all, very well maintained.
The area out in front of the hotel looked messy - not sure anything could be done about that though
Everything was great, clean rooms, impeccable service, enjoyed the location, and the staff was great. Audrey was so present and helpful at any time.
Lovely clean room - bigger than it looks in the pictures. Nice big bathroom. Reception/owners were v proactive asking us how we’re getting back to chetumal the next day and organised a taxi for us early in the morning to get the ferry and taxi was on time Great location on the front
It is a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed beeing at the pool in the morning. The manager of the hotel, Audre, was very nice and helpful all the time. The rooms, the Hotel, the beach everything was great!
The location, cleanliness, attention to detail and above all the staff made our stay at Treetops just perfect to end our trip around Central America.

Room, view and location
No service at all (no breakfast, no dinner, no bar etc.) This place can not be rated as a 5 star hotel - it should be rated as a guesthouse ! Beach was full of seagrass not to be used.
Room was cleaned everyday, very thoroughly. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The outside property was well maintained. The host was very happy to share info about the island, make recommendations and even book activities/taxis.
There's nothing I didn't like about Treetops.
