Pros (+) The resort itself is stunning, our room was in front of the Alps, we woke up to a breathtaking view. The breakfasts are perfect, the buffet in the evening is like in a chef's restaurant. The kitchen and dining room staff are courteous, helpful and especially nice, doing an excellent service to the hotel. It's fun to sit by the burning fireplace, to walk in the area between the streams and the snow...
Cons (-) The indifference of the receptionist: We got stuck with our car in the middle of a snowy mountain helpless as two tourists, the hotel's telephone response was mainly lack of care and unwillingness to help💔

Pros (+) Great hotel in a good location. The room is large and very clean, a stunning balcony with an amazing view. The service providers were excellent with a constant smile on their faces. very satisfied

Pros (+) The room view was amazing. Great location. Good to have so many facilities all in one place.
Cons (-) Rude staff with very poor customer service. Over priced for the service that we received. Felt like everything we did we were an imposition. Just because your hotel is new and fancy doesn’t mean your guests don’t matter.
