Modern and clean rooms. Location right next to Village Market is very good
Its basically for those who would love staying inside a shopping mall.
Perfect for short weekend of shopping and eating. Good breakfast, and Hero is always a winner.
Location, mall and the central location, the outside veranda was nice
The WiFi was horrible, very choppy in the room and kept getting disconnected. Then the shower was practically in the bedroom. It was cold to shower in because of the Aircon and lacked privacy because of the direction of the partition glass. Was not enjoyable for the duration. Breakfast variety
Extremely noisy, rooms are mot noise isolated, the noise from the Shopping centre was huge. On top of that there was music all night in the corridors of the hotel. Since the room was mot noise isolated, it was impossible to sleep. Shower and the sink are inside the room!!! How is that possible! All the noise from the shower goes directly in the bedroom! It was a little loud overnight but it was not the property’s fault
The hotel was comfortable, high security standards, I liked the possibility to go to a gym which was very well equipped
Unfortunately we got food poisoning at the own restaurant Harvest. Since it’s such a well known hotel and restaurant this was quite surprising to us and quite uncomfortable cause we had to travel the next day 5h to Amboseli. Despite the management and stuff being really concerned and assuring us they will follow up with us on this matter we only got one email and never heard back.
How fancy and clean it was. The personnel was also absolutely amazing
The swimming classes at the pool. We were there frim 14h-18h and were not able to swim because 5 people were doing laps and one was having a class by an instructor
Hotel is located inseid shopping mall Village market, with so many dining option, restourants, bars, shops, all you need when you come to Nairobi.
The proximity to the mall and the helpful staff
The extremely noisy doors closing system, which at night is a real nuisance, disrupting sleep
